TubaBass LLC ("TubaBass," "we," "us") is a Delaware limited liability company that runs an online coaching studio for tuba players. This policy explains what information we collect through tubabass.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

## Information you give us

- Booking and contact details. When you book an audition or call, or fill out a form on the Site, we collect information like your name, email address, and phone number, plus anything you choose to tell us (for example, your playing background).

- Payment information. If you purchase a program, payment is handled by third-party payment processors. We receive confirmation of your purchase and billing contact details, but we do not store your full card number.

- Things you send us. Messages, emails, texts, recordings, and feedback you share with us, including testimonials.

## Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you found us — using cookies and similar technologies. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to measure advertising.

## Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number, we may text you appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Your SMS opt-in and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

## How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

- Service providers that help us operate — scheduling and CRM software, payment processors, email and SMS delivery, video hosting, community platforms, and analytics/advertising services — and only for the purpose of providing those services to us

- Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TubaBass, our students, or others

- A successor business, if TubaBass is ever sold, merged, or reorganized

## Testimonials

We publish student testimonials on the Site and in our marketing only with the student's permission. If you have given permission and change your mind, email us and we will take it down.

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above — generally while you are a prospect or student and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal record-keeping.

## Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and stop texts by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.

## Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
